Max Richter was awarded this year’s Chica and Heinz Schaller Young Investigator Award for his work on the molecular basis of Alzheimer’s disease. His work uncovered „Distinct in vivo roles of secreted APP ectodomain variants APPsa  and APPsb in regulation of spine density, synaptic plasticity, and cognition“ and was featured in the April 2018 Cover of the EMBO-Journal. Congratulations on behalf of the Chica and Heinz Schaller Foundation to this success !
